I grew up with parents who practiced spirituality, meditation, spiritual healing and self-development. I have now practiced energy work for 17 years learning several modalities which each bring their own beauty and quality, and magical healing. I was a Registered Learning Disability Nurse for nearly 9 years, and now have my own healing practice in Dunedin. I also work as a volunteer support worker for people in crisis and trauma.
